• Valid Dates

  The Thrill Hopper ticket is valid from 1st February to 30th November 2013, excluding Bank Holiday weekends and special events e.g. Fireworks and concerts.
  
  Waterworld and SnowDome are open all year round. Alton Towers Theme Park and Drayton Manor Park main season is 16th March - 31st October 2013. Both theme parks will also be open for February half term (16th - 24th February 2013) with a selection of rides and attractions.
  
  Drayton Manor Park is closed on selected days during October - please check their website (www.draytonmanor.co.uk) for details. If in doubt, please check individual attractions to plan your itinerary. Please contact the venues directly for opening times.

• Admission

  The Thrill Hopper ticket is valid for one visit per person to each of the four participating venues excluding Bank Holiday weekends and special events.

• Delivery

  Please allow a minimum of five working days for delivery. Tickets can only be delivered to the credit / debit card holder's address. An additional charge is made for postage and packing.

• SnowDome T&Cs

  Pre-booking is essential on 08705 000011. Ticket qualifies for Ice Skating (all ages), Snowplay (2 yrs+), Tobogganing (5 yrs+), Junior Tubing (7-12 yrs) or Adrenalin Tubing (12 yrs+). Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• Age & height restrictions

  The Thrill Hopper ticket is available to all ages. However, please note that height restrictions apply on some rides. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all venues. The family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.

• General

  Thrill Hopper cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. All rides subject to availability. The attractions reserve the right to refuse admission. No refunds given on Thrill Hopper tickets under any circumstances. Thrill Hopper tickets subject to availability.
